How good is that lounge-tastic cover of 'Take Me Out' by Scissor Sisters, which I trust many of you may have heard courtesy of Fluxblog (and which is still available there, for now)? Probably not amazing as Fox's 'S-s-single Bed’ (get that here), but then that may be the second best song ever recorded - the best of course being 'Girls Just Want To Have Fun' - and can hardly be believed to have been made at any other time before NOW. Check out the robot voice bit and try to disagree.
Getting back into the Scissor Sisters album again, particularly 'Lovers In The Backseat' and 'Filthy/Gorgeous'. I refuse to believe the best of summer is over: fuck the rain. If the sun doesn’t shine enough, at least the nights are warm.
